Downloading and installing instruction. read carefully


first step: ~
download the signed vampent vbag first and get it install...


second step: ~ [ only for touch devices to run full screen ]
Download the vbag.cfg after and Once vampent vbag.sisx is installed, connect your N97 or nokia 5800 up to a PC in Mass storage mode.

Replace VBAG.CFG file located in Private010F59 folder with the VBAG.CFG which is in downloaded file from this thread

third step : ~
once you installed vbag,etc... download the file below ~ its an activation generator..without it you cant play gba games for more than 1 minute, so download it, open it...

then dial *#06#
on your phone and you will get your imei ( registration number) then copy the numbers you got on your phone and paste it in the activation generator..and click generate....finally open VBAGX > select options > select activate > and enter the series of number you got...THEN you can play gba games for as long as you want...

for touch devices like nokia 5800 and others not having a mini keyboard you need to download virtual keyboard which can be downloaded in the topic applications

the private folder doesn't have to be Private010F59 folder it could be in Private20010F59 folder...

For the full screen mode:
for the full screen mode to work u just have to play with the option in the game thats if you followed the steps and didn't work for you.

1.Question: I cant Download the file.
Answer: under the downloads image click on the names of the apps you wish to download, make sure you are registered and login.
in case the links are broken plz comment or notify any superior administrators or moderators.

2. Question: Where to download virtual keypad.
Answers: you can download here itself at the end or else in the applications corner. you can chose among different version suiting you the best.

3. Question: how to i sign virtual keypad? or other applications
Answers: Download the Freesigner tools at the end of the thread. Paste it in your phone > install it and run it > browse and select the application to be
Signed and run. at the end of the process you file is signed and ready to be installed. If freesigner cannot sign the application ( apply for some like
korean apps > go to tutorial on this forum and find the tutorial how to sign application. a manual process will be included.

4. Question: How do i start a game? where should i put them ?
Answers: We suggest you to manually create a folder on your mobile phone and paste in all your gba roms. then to start a game
locate that folder on your phone and start the game..Once start vbag will automaticaly get the game in its list the next
time you want to play.

5. Question: Vbag dont install..what should i do?
Answers: Make sure your phone is compatible with sis or sisx files.. in case you are wondering !! no you dont need to hack your phone for vabg to work. Also if you are using a too old phone series you may encounter problems while installing or playing vbag.
finnaly check if your phone is to the latest update. to do so dial *#0000# on your phone and check for updates.

6. Question: My game lag when starting/ My game freezes/ My screen goes white when starting. what should i do ?
answers: game lag: THis is a common issue with low memory phone. to fix this make sure you dont have too much applications installed on your phone memory and no more than 2 application running in parallel.

game freeze: Similarly make sure not much memory is in use. and if you are using virtual keyboard you may encounter some lag or freeze while draging the vpad while the game is starting. if this happens download the mini virtual keyboard or the latest one.. and avoid draging it too much on a game startup.

my screen goes white: Common encouter with phone, the virtual keyboard interferes with the game and make the whole screen goes white. avoid using a virtual keyboard bad for your phone. use one among ours like the transparet one...etc.. While starting the game avoid playing with the virtual keyboard.


7. Question: Some games wont work or start ( like megaman or etc..). what must i do?
Answers: THe newest game requires the latest vbag of course. download the latest vbag and install. if you are still having isues.first check you downloaded a supported type rom..in the appropriate format. Second check if it is corrupted.

hey hayden, dont worry, once your vbag has been made full version, just press 3 and open up the options when u launched a game and chose your screen size..

guys on my 5800 in the 2nd step there isnt any file vbag,cfg when i install the 1st file:/

hey maria dont worry, even if there is no vbag.cfg in the folder, just paste the vbag.cfg you downloaded from this thread there..

tthe vbag.cfg make sure yur game run full screen on touch devices..

even if dont work full screen, with your virtual keyboard or on screen keyboard, press 3 and put the screen size from the options the one u want..

btw i didnt manage to sign virtual keyboard the chinese site was too difficult to understand :/

it does not run full screen because u either didnt posted the vbag.cfg or u didnt press 3 and put full screen..but its common sense since u dont have the virtual keyboard.

for the chinese site, use your internet explorer and google translator..
then return to the tutorial and continue the steps, i may help you if you want..

copy the codes..

open the activation generator...u downloaded here...

paste in the code..

copy the activation code generated.

open vbag on phone
open options
open activate
paste in the code
get full version
